IF YOU ARE ACCESSING OUR SITES FROM A JURISDICTION OUTSIDE MALAYSIA, ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY, AS SET FORTH IN ANY INFORMED CONSENT YOU AGREE TO WITH US. You have selected to use AWANEDGE.com (the "Service" or the “Solution”), managed by PKF Avant Edge Sdn Bhd (“PKF” or “AWANEDGE”). The Service is provided to you under the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement"). Subject to our acceptance of your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we will provide you with the following services:

• (a) Project and Practice management solution
• (b) Changes to your own information
• (c) Dashboards and reports covering your certification and compliance to various standards and requirements

Conditions of Use

You are solely responsible for the content of all data related to your usage in the solution. Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You will:

• (a) Not use the Service for any illegal purposes.
• (b) Not use the Service to share, upload, download, or view any file, data, image, or program that contains:
• (i) Any illegal pictures, materials, or information.
• (ii) Any harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable material.
• (iii) Any material encouraging conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or violate any law.
• (iv) Any code or material violating intellectual property rights.
• (v) Any Windows temporary files (e.g., .p or ~.* files).
• (vi) Any viruses, worms, or similar harmful software.
• (c) Comply with Malaysia and applicable international laws on data exportation.
• (d) Not engage in spamming, chain letters, or disrupt the Service or networks.
• (e) Comply with all network regulations through which you access the Service.
• (f) Not access unauthorized accounts or modify, distribute, or display data from them.

Use of IP Addresses

We may collect IP addresses for system administration and to enforce our terms of service. Some emails, such as registration-related ones, may display IP addresses along with messages.

Limitations of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any claims or demands arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service without notice for reasons such as non-payment. Your only recourse if you object to these changes is to discontinue use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it will be reformed to be valid, without affecting the remaining provisions.

Modifications to this Agreement

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Kuala Lumpur’s courts. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties.
